Thanks to Crossfit The Ville

Thanks to Crossfit The Ville for letting me drop in on a workout while I was visting Lousiville, KY.  We did a metcon that involves the bench press so that was a nice change of pace.  Here’s the workout:

Back Squat

Then:
20 Flat Bench (175/95)
40 Ring Rows
15 Flat Bench
30 Ring Rows
10 Flat Bench
20 Ring Rows
